Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Because all Botantastic products are made to order just for you, we do not offer refunds. However, we’re committed to making things right. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to issue store credit or a replacement.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange for a defective item.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

✅ The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

✅ You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

✅ Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items—not for buyer’s remorse, sizing issues, or color variation.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

🚫 Any Item returned more than 14 days after delivery

🚫 Clothing items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way

🚫 Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, swimsuits)

🚫 Digital downloads, gift cards, or custom orders

Return Shipping

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is deemed defective or damaged upon inspection. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Do not send returns to the manufacturer. We’ll provide return instructions via email once your request is approved.

Store Credit & Replacements

Once your return is received and inspected:

🆗 If approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card.

🆗 In some cases, we may offer a replacement item instead of credit.

Store credit will not include the original shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@botantastic.com with:

✅ Your order number

✅ A description of the issue

✅ Clear photos of the product, including the defect

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.
